A Morning (Nonexistent) Competition Causes Dullness

It's 6WS!!!

Today I thought I would do the complete opposite of LAST week, and try to post first thing in the morning. I wanted to be first on the Mr. Linky list. I'm competitive that way. I have no chance in sports, but when it comes to the prize of being FIRST on the Internet, even though it's obnoxious to say it, I still am "FIRST FIRST FIRST!!!111"... So I have just barely woken up, and already I'm blogging. (Not without reading Cate's blog at least, whereupon I checked said Mr. Linky and found that I will be THIRTY-SEVENTH, if I hurry up and link now.

Without further ado, my six:

Indecision: What to eat for breakfast?

Lolcat nerd jokes. Yay!

Think I'm going to go eat now. KTHNXBAI!

  1. Oh sorry you weren't first...wonder how early you have to get up for that honor? Happy 6WS!!

  2. Hmmm, I guess you'd have to stalk Cate for that one. Thanks and happy 6WS!

  3. Decisions, decisions.. I had fried eggs and toast ! Happy 6WS.

  4. Aww, you would've been better to post before bed. What a bummer to be 37 instead of 1 (though you may have moved up a few because I've had a couple of deletions).

Thanks for playing, you're #1 with me! (Just don't tell anyone else I said that)

  5. True, and posting at midnight would be easier than try to form sensible sentences at 9 in the morning... Oh, and I WAS 40th, but now I'm 38th. Small victory, but I've still moved up!

Oh, and for those of you wondering about my eating habits, for an early brunch I had tuna salad on toast. I really dislike "normal" breakfast foods, actually.

  6. What's a lolcat? I don't get that nerdfighter joke?

  7. Well, if the whole world was on the same time clock, being first would be much easier to predict. I put my name -- the 8th one on the list -- up at about 11 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on Friday night. That would have been 2 a.m. Saturday morning in California.

  8. Alex, a "Lolcat" is usually a picture of a cat, with a lot of misspelled words and/or abbreviations. It's not really a nerdfighter joke as much as it just refers to a book... I couldn't really find a funnier one.
